🔁 Exchange for Size Issue

If the size doesn’t fit perfectly, we gladly offer an exchange for another size of the same article.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

🚚 How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your Order Number and mention the required size.

Once your request is approved, please send the item back through our courier service.

After we receive and verify the product, your replacement parcel will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

💸 Exchange Charges

For size exchanges, courier charges are paid by the customer.

In case of a wrong or defective item, Glow Allure Collection will cover all courier costs.
